On your iPhone, with nothing to connect
The Apple apps Nia reaches through the system frameworks. There is no account to link: just the permission, asked for the first time it is needed.

You connect it once in Settings, under Integrations, and Nia works with it until you disconnect it.

What iOS lets you do with an app that is not yours: open it at the exact spot, with everything already written.

What you add yourself
Nia does not stop at her own catalogue: one sentence from you can call anything that speaks HTTPS.
Once, in Settings, under Integrations
- Google connects with OAuth. Nia asks only for the permissions it uses, and each one can be granted separately: reading and sending mail is apart from archiving and binning.
- The Apple ones are not connected: they are granted. The Calendar permission is asked for the first time you ask it for an event, not when you sign up.
- Other people's apps ask for nothing. WhatsApp, Uber or Waze open with a link: there is no account to link and no password to hand over.
- They disconnect just as easily, from the same screen.
What is not there yet, said without dressing it up
Instagram Business and the bank connection are today a connection screen and nothing more, and that is how they are marked inside the app: "Coming soon", not a switch that looks like it works.
Telegram, the Google Calendar on the server and the Live Activities launched from the server work as soon as their credentials are in production. And if you miss something, there is always the door that does not depend on us: a skill of your own with an HTTPS webhook.
About the integrations
Does Nia work with Google Calendar and Gmail?
Yes, on the Plus plan. You connect the account in Settings, under Integrations, and Nia reads your Google Calendar alongside the iPhone calendar as a single diary with no duplicates, summarizes your Gmail inbox, sends real emails and searches Google Drive by name and by content.
Can Nia control the lights in my house?
Yes, on the Plus plan: HomeKit and Matter. On, off, brightness, temperature and scenes. If it cannot find the lamp you named it tells you, instead of guessing and switching something else off.
Can Nia create iOS Shortcuts?
Yes, on the Plus plan. Nia compiles the steps, signs the file and opens Apple's import sheet. You press "Add Shortcut", and until that moment the shortcut does not exist, and the card says so above the button, instead of taking it for granted.
Does Nia appear outside the app?
Yes, in seven places: the Home Screen widget with your next event, the Control Centre control and the Action button, Siri and Shortcuts, the Live Activities in the Dynamic Island, Spotlight search, the share sheet in Photos and the notifications for a finished job.
